We arrived at the Motorhome repairers in the morning and were told to come back at 2pm as the technician would have time then.

So we found a wildlife refuge to check out on River Lech.

It was hot again today so it was hard to see any wildlife but Glenn could work out the bitds from the bird calls.

I found a swimming lake nearby so off we went to cool down. It was very pleasant.

At 2pm we were back at the repairer where they worked out it would be better to put a bigger vent on the side of the van to enable repairs now and in the future to be done on the fridge. It’s done this before to us in Lisbon! But they couldn’t fit us in until tomorrow afternoon. So that would be the best we could get. However they did find a good campsite for us not far away – Camping Lech – as the River is called Lech.

It has its own swimming lake so after a rest in the afternoon we had another swim. It’s very pretty with reeds, a big raft in the middle and paddle boards to try out. We stuck to swimming across and back again.

We had good shade and it cooled down quickly so we had a quiet night.
